Aditi – the name itself means personification of the infinite and I must say she is the perfect embodiment to her name.
Dr Aditi Karad Madam – Her Infinite Real-Life Roles:
She is the Member Trustee & Joint Secretary General – MAEER’s Group of Institutions (one of the premier educational institutions in the World) https://www.mitgurukul.com/about-MAEER.php
and is the Executive Director of VishwaRaj Hospital, Pune (a 500 bedded super and multi-speciality hospital) https://vishwarajhospital.com/
Apart from these weighty official designations she is a Doctor, a Professional Personality, she is a mother, a wife, a daughter, a daughter in law…Dr Aditi Madam is performing all these roles with great panache and to the optimum perfection.
I am sure you will now agree why she is true to her name…She truly is personification of the term INFINITE.

Dr Aditi Madam is a self-created personality. Yes, she does represent and belong to a Great Family, but today she, with her own extensive self-studies and hard work has carved her own entity.
Anyone can become a boss but a Leader leads by example.
During the peak Covid time, Dr Aditi Madam use to come everyday to the hospital and do her needful work. She took time out to encourage all of us to make sure the best of services is given to the patients at VishwaRaj Hospital. She could have very well stayed safe at home, but no, she said if I stay at home then how can I expect my team to be in the hospital. This really inspired all of us to work to the best of our capabilities during the Covid crisis.
She leads many varied institutions with her sheer knowledge and know-how of current industry trends. At her position she can just sit in the chair and order around. But, Dr Aditi Madam true to her go getter attitude always first researches, gets the facts and then only puts down any new ideas of strategies.
Believe me, leading a hospital of the magnitude of VishwaRaj Hospital is not so easy. Dr Aditi Madam has to be aware of the minutest details while she leads. Simple things like average monthly electricity bills, qualifications of the Doctors working in VishwaRaj Hospital, average daily operating expenses etc are what she has to be constantly be aware of, as this leads to better strategizing and execution of plans. She says if I am not knowledgeable then how can I guide and take my hospital forward.
She always says that she never wanted herself to be just known by her family legacy but create her own entity. Her confidence in herself and belief she can achieve the best, has today made her a legend in her own right and inspiration to many.
A People Person – My Team comes First
I have a fortunate opportunity to work with such a Personality as Dr Aditi Madam. Here, please note, I use the term ‘work with’ as Dr Aditi Madam believes in TEAM WORK. She is a People Person.
During monthly staff Birthday Celebrations, she is on the stage with the entire team and cuts the cake and does the traditional cake feeding to the Birthday person. She absolutely has no ego about this. Just imagine how a person who is working at Class IV level feel when the Leader of the Institution is cutting cake along with him/ her. This is a natural motivation.
There are very many examples where Dr Aditi Madam has shown her humane personality and has gone out of the way to assist her team members in terms of finance or emotional support.
She always says MY TEAM comes first for ME. Dr Aditi Madam is truly a People Person.
Pursuit of Knowledge – Read to Upgrade Yourself
Dr Aditi Madam believes knowledge is an endless process. I have never seen Dr Aditi Madam without a book in her hand or on her desk. She reads lot of Management Guides and encourages us all to read to upgrade. She is fully aware that if we, as her senior team members read our work-oriented knowledge books, it will not only enhance our knowledge but also assist our organizations betterment.
She has introduced a concept that VishwaRaj Hospital staff should do minimum of two certified courses. This has been attached to our appraisal. This will motivate many of our team members to upgrade their qualifications which eventually assist them to further their career opportunities.
Dr Aditi Madam always says that no one can take away your acquired knowledge. Read, learn and upgrade, it will benefit you and all around you. Dr Aditi Madam is a True Teacher.
Thought Leader – Think out of the Box
Dr Aditi Madam herself is extremely creative. She is always on the look out for new ideas. In our Marketing related meetings, Dr Aditi Madam always has some new concept for us to explore.
She encourages us to always come up with ideas however absurd they might sound. Day or night, Dr Aditi Madam is all ears and eyes to new ideas and concepts that can lead to betterment of our organization. I remember, that during peak Covid times in August 2020, I sent her message late night around 1 am for an online Drawing Competition to Celebrate our India’s Independence Day. She responded ‘Go Ahead’ in matter of seconds.
Dr Aditi Madam always says think out of the box and you never know what you can achieve out of it. A True Thought Leader.
